For a decade, Chase Fondren has partnered with clients across a range of industries, with particular expertise in construction — serving commercial general contractors and residential homebuilders throughout the region. Based in Hotchkiss's Houston office, he brings a distinct knowledge of local weather exposures, regulatory requirements, and market conditions that shapes coverage to fit each client's specific risk.

Chase holds a B.S. in Leadership Studies from Texas A&M University and carries the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designations. He serves as Vice Chair of Hotchkiss Helps, is a member of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) Houston Chapter, and sits on the board of The Fondren Foundation.
