Farrah Carlton oversees all aspects of the client experience from onboarding clients to providing service strategies to meet each client’s unique needs. She is an integral part of making sure Hotchkiss has the resources to take care of each client. Farrah leads our claims process by focusing on advocacy for the client and is passionate about ensuring our clients remain at the center of every business decision. She and her team have transformed internal processes and implemented technology solutions that create a seamless customer experience and drive business value and growth.
Farrah has been with Hotchkiss for more than 25 years. She has a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas and currently holds her Certified Insurance Counselor and Associate in Management designations.
