Greg Hotchkiss joined Hotchkiss Insurance in 2004, bringing more than 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and organizational leadership, including prior roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers, PepsiCo, and McLane Foodservice. As Chief Financial Officer, Greg oversees the agency's finance, accounting, human resources, and IT operations, and leads strategic initiatives including technology upgrades, acquisitions, and new revenue growth. He's most passionate about building the resources and systems that help both the agency and its people succeed.

Greg earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), as well as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM). He's an active member of the Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers and serves as a MarshBerry Connect Partner for Hotchkiss.

Outside of work, Greg supports the agency's charitable organization, Hotchkiss Helps, and has served as Committee Chair for Carrollton Young Life for more than 20 years. He and his family attend Bent Tree Bible Fellowship, and he enjoys hunting, fishing, playing guitar and piano, and staying active.
