Greg Hotchkiss, CPA, CIC, CRM

Chief Financial Officer

Greg Hotchkiss, Chief Financial Officer, joined Hotchkiss Insurance in 2004 in the Carrollton location. Greg has over 25 years of finance, accounting, and management experience. He serves as the chief financial officer and also leads all internal support systems including human resources, IT, and the agency's unique learning management system (LMS). Greg also enjoys leading the agency in providing the latest innovative systems technology and online solutions for better customer service.

A graduate of Texas A&M University, Greg also holds professional designations including the industry’s highly respected Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designations, and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Committed to industry involvement and best practices, Greg is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (IIAT’s) Accounting and Financial Managers Affinity Group (AFMAG), as well as representing Hotchkiss as an APPEX (Agency Peak Performance Exchange) Partner Agent, a best practices program led by MarshBerry, the industry’s premier consultants.

Prior to joining Hotchkiss, Greg held management positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, PepsiCo Food Systems and McLane Foodservice, Inc, a division of Wal-Mart and subsequently Berkshire Hathaway. At McLane Foodservice, he managed the planning and analysis department for this $4 billion business.

Greg is a devoted husband and father to his three children, and enjoys playing guitar, piano and banjo, hunting, fishing, snow skiing and tennis. Greg has been involved with Young Life, a Christian ministry to teenagers, as a volunteer for over twenty years. He is currently the Committee Chair for Carrollton Young Life. He and his family attend Bent Tree Bible Fellowship church in Carrollton, Texas.
