Greg Hotchkiss joined the agency in 2004. He has over 25 years of finance, accounting, and management experience. He leads all internal support systems including human resources, IT, and the agency's unique learning management system. Greg also enjoys leading the agency in providing the latest innovative systems technology and online solutions for better customer service.

A graduate of Texas A&M University, Greg also holds professional designations including the industry’s highly respected Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Risk Manager designations and is also a Certified Public Accountant. Committed to industry involvement and best practices, Greg is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas Accounting and Financial Managers Affinity Group as well as representing Hotchkiss as an Agency Peak Performance Exchange Partner Agent, a best practices program led by MarshBerry, the industry’s premier consultants. Prior to joining Hotchkiss, Greg held management positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, PepsiCo Food Systems and McLane Foodservice, Inc, a division of Wal-Mart and subsequently Berkshire Hathaway.
