Chris Hamilton joined Hotchkiss Insurance with nearly 20 years of experience in corporate finance and the insurance industry, working with mid-market, regional, and national employers. As Employee Benefits Practice Lead, he focuses on helping companies improve performance and profitability through creative, tailored solutions and long-term strategic partnerships. Chris is also a recognized thought leader in employer-sponsored healthcare and was named the 2025 BenefitsPRO Advisor of the Year.

Chris holds an MBA from the University of Texas Arlington and B.B.A. in Finance from Hardin-Simmons University. He also carries the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. In his free time, he likes to travel, listen to live music, and has a strong appreciation for health, wellness, and personal fitness.
