Tye H. Justice joined Hotchkiss Insurance in 2003 and has built his career developing insurance and risk management programs for clients in construction, trade and building contracting, and wholesale distribution. He serves as a lead developer of Hotchkiss's insurance programs for affiliated member organizations. Tye excels in finding large, complex surety solutions, as well as securing practice policies, project-specific coverage, and wrap-up programs for major commercial and residential construction projects. Among his notable work, he placed an intricate, coordinated insurance program for several large youth camp organizations, addressing the complex risk exposures unique to that industry.

Tye holds a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University and carries the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designations from The National Alliance, along with a general lines license for life, health, property, casualty, and bonds. He is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Houston and the Surety Association of Texas.
