Hotchkiss Insurance is proud to announce it has placed 18th on the Houston Business Journal's Best Places to Work list.

With a score of 90.17 out of 100 within the medium-sized company category, Hotchkiss is recognized for its vibrant culture, workplace and benefits of being an employee at the company. The award was based on confidential online surveys distributed to employees of companies across Houston by Quantum Workplace. Employees evaluated their workplace specifically on corporate culture, amenities, benefits and worker retention and attraction strategies.

Quantum then scored the results and the Houston Business Journal determined a cutoff for the rankings. In 2021, a total of 108 companies were recognized as "the best of the best."
