Since joining Hotchkiss in 1993, Wayne has focused on business development and technology solutions such as an online Builder’s Risk Reporter, homebuilder department team training, and customer service. His varied career includes developing risk management and insurance programs for homebuilders, contractors, distributors, and many other sectors of the construction industry.

Wayne has a degree from the University of North Texas and is a general lines agent for life, health, property, casualty, and bonds. He has earned numerous industry awards and advanced designations including the insurance industry’s Construction Risk Insurance Specialist designation from The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. He is an active member of the Dallas Builders Association, The Texas Association of Builders, and the National Association of Home Builders.
